LCC actually trailed in the match after the traditional games by 15 pins but came roaring back in the bakers, averaging just a little under 200 for those five “team” games for the victory.
On the girls side:
LCC continues to struggle at 0-4 but the Thunderbirds may have had a turnaround at Van Wert as well. Cecilia Riepenhoff rolled games of 200 and 173 in a narrow loss against Celina. Jena Johnston gave support as well Saturday so perhaps a turnaround is near.
